6. Your Privacy Choices
We make available several ways that you can manage your privacy choices and submit privacy requests related to your personal information. Some of these choices are browser and device specific, which means that you need to set the preference for each browser and device you use to access our Services. 8. User Generated Content

10. Security
We have implemented safeguards intended to protect personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Please be aware that despite our efforts, no data security measures can guarantee security.
11. Google API Services — Data Use and Retention
Data Accessed via Google APIs
When you connect a Gmail account to the Services, we access your Gmail account using Google OAuth 2.0. We use this access exclusively to:
- Send emails on your behalf via SMTP, using your Gmail address as the sender, as directed by you through our outreach and campaign features.
- Monitor your inbox for replies via IMAP, to detect and process email replies to messages sent through our Services. We access incoming messages solely to identify replies to your outbound threads, matched by standard email headers (Message-ID and In-Reply-To). We do not read, store, or process unrelated messages in your inbox.
What Google User Data We Store
- OAuth refresh token — When you connect your Gmail account, we securely store your OAuth refresh token to enable continued sending and reply-detection on your behalf without requiring re-authentication.
- Gmail address — We store your Gmail address to identify which account is linked to your sender profile.
- Email message content is not stored — Message bodies and headers accessed during inbox polling are processed transiently for reply-matching purposes only. We do not retain, index, or store the content of your Gmail messages beyond this transient operation.
Retention
We retain your OAuth refresh token and linked Gmail address for as long as your sender account connection remains active within the Services. Upon disconnection or account deletion, your OAuth credentials are permanently and immediately deleted from our systems.
Deletion and Revocation
You may revoke our access to your Gmail account at any time through either method:
- Within the Services — Navigate to your account settings, locate your connected Gmail sender account, and disconnect it. This triggers immediate deletion of your stored OAuth credentials from our platform.
- Via Google Account settings — Visit your Google Account Permissions page and revoke access for French Fry AI. This immediately invalidates your stored token. You will need to reconnect your Gmail account to resume Gmail-based features.
Revoking access does not affect emails already sent or replies already processed prior to revocation.
Compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
12. Changes to this Policy
This Policy is current as of the effective date set forth above. We may change this Policy from time to time, so please be sure to check back periodically. We will post any updates to this Policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we collect, use, or disclose the personal information we have previously collected, we will endeavor to provide you prior notice as required by applicable law, such as by emailing you or posting prominent notice on our website or within the Services.
